Mentorship is about relationships - there is no one size fits all solution - I’m your peer, helping you achieve your mission, using whatever techniques and practices we need. I’ll never tell you what to do, but I'll bring both my experience and reflections on your thoughts to help develop you as an entrepreneur.

I’ll help you navigate the entrepreneurial journey, keep you focused on their long term objectives, but help ensure the immediate issues don’t derail the plan. You have to put your whole self into your business and be an inspirational but authentic leaders of their teams. You have to be the chief storyteller - only you are telling the story of what you will make happen.

We’ll focus on your business, but you are human, so we can’t consider your business in isolation - we need to consider you outside of the workplace too.

I’ll pull you away from the day to day - get some headspace to really work on what is important, what the business needs from you in order to succeed.
